How to personalise your order

Step 1: Select Your Design - Choose from our Maori, Cook Island or Samoan patterns

Step 2: Select Your Garment - Choose from a T-Shirt, Muscle Tank or Crop Top

Step 3: Select Your Size

Step 4: Choose the text style you would like outside the logo. We recommend that you use circle for long phrases, quotes, etc. We recommend using the arc style if you have less text, names or 2 part quotes. The circle text will start from the top (12 o'clock) and will be typed out clockwise. The arc will have 2 text boxes where for the top (arc text box 1) and bottom (arc text box 2). If you have a special request simply enter it in the order request box and we will assist you.

Step 5: Enter the text you would like customised on the garment. Up to 50 characters available (50 in text box for circle & 25 each in text box 1&2 for the arc style). If you require more characters please contact our design team (design@ourootz.co). 

Step 6: Enter any order requests. 

Step 7: TRIPLE CHECK ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT! Please ensure that you have entered in all the correct details. Personalised items are not exchangeable/refundable in scenarios relating to customer error. 

Step 8: Tick the box to confirm that you have triple checked and agree to the terms and conditions

All our products are made in our family home. Our team will work promptly to have your order ready and shipped as soon as possible. It generally takes 2-3 business days to process your order and have it ready for shipping. From here, shipping times are as outlined on our shipping page.

Terms & Conditions

Personalised items can not be refunded or exchanged for customer selecting the incorrect sizes and/or entering incorrect text.

If customer requests to have a design sent to them before production, this can add a 24-48 hour processing delay. Customers will receive a 24 hour wait response period, once a design has been sent to them via email or social media. Within the 24 hour period customers are required to provide feedback if they would like to alter anything on the sent design.
